Feminine Cuisine: Breakfast Medley

Ingredients:

  • Smoked lox (pink salmon)
  • fresh red grapes
  • half of an avocado
  • quarter of a mango
  • cream cheese
  • two english muffins
  • basil (dried)

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes

Instructions:

Toast two english muffins and then spread evenly with cream cheese.  Top with thinly sliced lox and set on a plate.  Dice the mango and avocado and place in separate corners of the plate, with a small bunch of red grapes in between.  Sprinkle the basil over the english muffins and avocado.
